The Wei Chin School has its basis in this statement. Wei Chin means 'Back to Truth' and at any time, no matter who we are, can get back to basics, improve and start again.

The words Kung Fu means 'ability 'or 'well done' and in our case, the proficiency of the Art of Chinese Boxing. Kung Fu encompasses over 600 different styles of Martial Arts. Each has its own characteristics, strength and weaknesses; its share of history and glory.

Wei Chin is based on a better understanding of Kung Fu as a whole, not one specific system. The student will be prepared to accept, with an open heart, the truth behind Martial Arts.

The Halifax Academy of the Wei Chin School trains under the direction of AJ Geldart. Classes are Monday and Thursday evenings starting at 7:30. We are located at 1855 Trollope Street, Citadel Community Center Halifax, Nova Scotia.
